Raffles Founded Beijing
Just past The Forbidden City, along Wangfujing District, stands a hotel with that familiar, household name.
It ain't what the history books say.Built in the 1900s, the Raffles Beijing isn't some luxurious knock-off but it is an official establishment of the Raffles Hotels and Resorts Group. The same boys own and operate the Raffles Hotel Singapore.
